Research Interest:

1) Correlation between composition, processing, microstructure and mechanical properties of advanced superalloys, including conventional cast superalloys, directionally solidified superalloys, single crystalline superalloys as well as wrought superalloys.

2) Correlation between composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of NiAl-based intermetallics.

Honors:

1) “Development and Application of Five Corrosion-resistant Superalloys for Hot Parts of A Gas Turbine” was granted the third-grade award for progress in sciences and technology in 2012 by the National Administration of Industry and Information, China.

2) “Fabrication and Application of GH3044 Seamless Tube” was granted the first-grade award of technical innovation by Shenyang bureau of science and technology, and the third-grade award for progress in sciences and technology in 2005 by aviation industry group, China.

3) “Strengthening and Toughing Mechanisms for Several Intermetallics” was granted the second-grade award of nature sciences by Liaoning province government in 2006.
