Research Interest：

Prof. Jingyang Wang focused over 15 years of research works in the area of materials science of advanced engineering ceramics. He is active in the fields of high-throughput materials design, novel methods for processing bulk, low-dimensional and porous ceramic materials, and multi-scale structure-property relationship of high-performance structural ceramics. His main research interests cover theoretical and experimental investigations on carbides and nitrides for harsh environment applications and advanced materials for thermal/environmental barrier coating and thermal insulation applications. He authored/co-authored 185 peer-reviewed SCI papers (2 review papers; 5 papers with each 100+ SCI citations; WoS H-index factor 40) and holds 14 patents in the field of advanced ceramics. In addition, he presented more than 55 keynote/invited talks and served more than 30 advisory board member and symposium organizer in international conferences.
